Why pay fees and get less? Rent direct from the owner. 3 Bedroom, 3-1/2 bath, basement apartment waterfront home with newly renovated kitchen, dining, and living room to enhance your luxury vacation! Granite counter tops, kitchen island, cabinets, sink and more. Floors have been refinished. Proposed fourth bedroom for everyone’s privacy.
Lease and Rental Process
In after inquiring to the property, your vacation will be booked upon receipt of deposit. Deposit due is one half of the total rental price. After we receive the deposit we will mail the lease contract that describes the rental and fees.
Within the lease agreement is a mandatory $275 cleaning fee that enables us to thoroughly clean and examine the house for properly working items and to ensure no damage was done by the previous renter.
Lessee must be 30 years of age or older and will kindly provide the number of children who will be staying at the property and their age.
The occupancy limit of 10 including guests at any one time on the property is strictly enforced. We strive to provide first class accommodations in a restful, relaxing setting. If you are looking for a party house with lots of people then this property is not for you.

Friends and I rented this fabulous house in July and enjoyed it immensely. We relaxed on the front porch every evening savoring the view and activity on Oyster Pond but enjoyed privacy because of the three bedrooms. It lends itself well to a share rental. It was a pleasure to work with John and Steve. We will be back!
